In 2015 Simone and I started to work together on the sales team at the Language Centre at Maastricht University. She was the expert and I joined her in our activities to promote our services and build new relationships outside the University. As an interim-manager she was the ideal sparring partner, with a clear vision and always well organized. As a collegue she was valuable because I could rely on her sharp and quick judgements that helped me to set the right priorities. Her attitude was always positive, dedicated and down-to-earth. Working together was pleasant because of her open mind and inspiring approach. With her great social skills she easily made contact with everyone inside and outside the university. What I enjoyed most were her coaching skills and her encouragements to share our ideas. She provided the LC with new ways of communication and collaboration, which improved our organisation.
